BUTTERFLY VALVE WITH SPLINE KEY AND PINLES – Series: 2500/2600
The shaft head can be made as the type D, type K, type ISO according to the customer’s request. It can accommodate all types of operator: lever, gear box, electric actuator, and pneumatic actuator.

Bushing can be made of PTFE or Bronze that could support the shaft lightly turning. Which reduce valve’s operation torque.

The phenolic backed seat is non-collapsible, stretch resistant and blowout proof. Easily replaceable.

The Cast Iron Body could be finished by epoxy coating that has excellent resistant corrosion.

The disc with pinless can avoid leakage from pin hole. The rate of flow through the disc is large.

The bottom of Body is bland which can avoid leakage from the down shaft.

The space collar can limit the shaft sliding.

 

The wafer type and Lug type can be in accordance with the customer’s request.
O-Ring which makes sure the excellent sealing.

 

A wide sealing face prevent leakage at the flange features and benefits.

The design in spline key structure can avoid the pin leakage; the shaft’s antifriction is excellent.
